Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
International Shipping We ship internationally via DHL Express. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

- International: 5-14 business days

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@shoreliftco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
